Featuring a welded and seam-sealed tri-layer and a laminated microfiber shell, the Specialist jacket from 5.11 Tactical is waterproof, windproof, durable and breathable. It incorporates 5.11's patented Back-up Belt System to stow extra gear. Inside is a separate, removable fleece liner with a clean design that looks great on its own. The liner's wind-resistant nylon panels, knit collar and cuffs help retain heat. The Specialist also comes with an ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 traffic vest that stores in the rear pocket. Available colors are black and dark navy.
